More Radiohead More Radiohead

Composer/guitarist Jonny Greenwood, of Radiohead, has scored the soundtrack to one of this year's most anticipated films, The Master. With the music to be released on Friday 28 September via Nonesuch Records through Warner.

The film – directed by writer/director Paul Thomas Anderson (Magnolia, Boogie Nights) – opens in cinemas nationally on Thursday 8 November, and is a thinly-veiled adaptation of the origin of Scientology, featuring Philip Seymour Hoffman, Joaquin Phoenix and Amy Adam.

This is the second Anderson film that Greenwood has scored, following their previous collaboration on There Will Be Blood. Greenwood had also released a score for Norwegian Wood last year, and recently collaborated with Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki.
