Need Some Good News? This Radiohead Side-Project Will Help Put A Smile On Your Dial

If you're feeling those Locky D blues, here are some music news stories that might help.

The lockdown has got us all down, so here are some of the good music news stories you might have missed this week to lift your spirits up.

Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood premiered their brand new side project The Smile at the virtual Glastonbury livestream this week.

The project features Yorke on vocals, bass and synths, Greenwood on guitar and Sons Of Kemet percussionist Tom Skinner on drums.

Produced by longtime Yorke collaborator Nigel Godrich (who mixed the seminal OK Computer), The Smile are set to make huge waves in the music world very soon. You can check out a sample of their Glastonbury set here.
