New Camping Fest Jungle Love Comes To Queensland

The Aussie festival scene has been in a state of transition recently, with several old faces falling by the wayside, only to be replaced by a number of upstart events around the country, and we’re thrilled to announce the newest member of that fraternity – Jungle Love Music, Arts And Camping Festival – will be held just outside of Brisbane this November.

Proudly presented by The Music, Jungle Love will be a two-day celebration of music, arts, and more fun than you can poke a stick at, held in the picturesque surrounds of Lake Moogerah in south-east Queensland, about an hour out of Brissy, from November 21-22.

Featuring a line-up of acts including Dubmarine, Bec Laughton, LeSuits, The Mouldy Lovers, Michelle Xen + The Neon Wild, Rhythm Hunters, Twin Haus, Moses Gunn Collective and many, many more, the event also pays great attention to the fields of visual arts, entertainment, poetry and other creative pursuits, all of which combines to encapsulate and encourage the DIY, take-it-easy vibe that permeates Jungle Love’s festivities.

If that’s all got you in the mood to party right now, then you can head along to The Motor Room, on the corner of Boundary and Mollison streets, in West End, tomorrow night, Saturday, August 2, for a very special pre-party from 6pm, and it’s totally free!

The party boasts live art from Brissy collective Lost Movements, a performance from Leanna Donovan, aka Pent Upglamour, and musical showings from Desmond Cheese and HRBRT. Plus, local promoters Trainspotters will be hosting the pre-party after-party, and the Bun Mobile is going to pull up right out front of The Motor Room, so you won’t have to haul your carcass halfway down the street for eats, either.
