Puscifer, the side-project of Tool/A Perfect Circle frontman Maynard James Keenan, will release a new EP titled Donkey Punch The Night on February 19.

Set for release just ahead of their upcoming Australian tour, the new eight-track EP is a mixed bag of Puscifer material: there are two new songs, ‘Breathe’ and ‘Dear Brother’, a few remixes and covers of Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and Accept’s ‘Balls to the Wall’.

While continuing our tradition of releasing a few new songs at a time, I also had an itch that needed scratching, and that itch was ‘Balls to the Wall’, which was followed by an even harder to reach itch known as ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ - And scratch them we did," explained Keenan on the topic of including the covers.

Puscifer features Keenan, alongside singer-songwriter Carina Round, Mat Mitchell, Josh Eustis and A Perfect Circle musicians Matt McJunkins and drummer Jeff Friedl.
