The self-proclaimed “wildest and loudest garage punk band that walked the earth”, Psychotic Turnbuckles, are not ready to call it quits just yet, the '80s rockers unleashing three tour dates in celebration of their forthcoming and career-spanning 48-track record release.

The Destroy Dull City tour will reach Melbourne, Sydney ad Brisbane from March to May this year, a tour hotly desired by fans who have already made their presence felt online last year.

A fan-created Facebook group led to the Pismo Beach group reforming after almost two decades to play a one-off reunion show in Sydney last December, the sold out gig leading to a record deal with Citadel Records.

The signing led to the soon-to-be released Destroy Dull City pack, including an EP of the same name and  the Beyond The Flip Out album, as well as rarities, cuts, A and B sides and two live tracks from the 2012 reunion.

Psychotic Turnbuckles have recorded four studio albums and a list of EPs and singles, signing with American label Sympathy For The Record Industry, the one-time home of The White Stripes, Redd Kross and Hole.

Destroy Dull City will be released Monday 18 March through Citidel Records.

Tickets are on sale for the following dates, and fans are warned that this may be the last time.

Saturday 23 March – Cherry Bar, Melbourne (with Little Murders) – tickets
Saturday 11 May – Bald Faced Stag, Leichardt – tickets
Saturday 15 May – Beetle Bar, Brisbane (with Mick Medew & The Rumours + Dr Bombay) – tickets
