Prolific House Artist Jono Fernandez Joins Select

Sydney-based progressive house artist Jono Fernandez has joined the Select Music roster with their new agent Dayna Young.

Last month Select scored a coup in luring Young into the fold as a Senior Agent, bringing with her a 25-odd strong roster from Archery Club which includes SHockOne, DCup and The Aston Shuffle.

Fernandez, whose prolific releases through labels such as Onelone and Cr2 have caught the attention of Tiesto and Axwell, said today, “I'm really excited to be working with Select Music and especially Dayna. She's got a wealth of experience from her earlier days at Ministry of Sound UK to today, and the success she's achieved working with a number of Australian artists I have a lot of respect for.”

His next release, through Onelove, is a remix of Cedric Gervais & Howard Jones' Things Can Only Get Better, which will drop Friday 26 July (but you can hear it below). That'll be followed up by a single in August and to-be-announced September national tour.

Fernandez is currently managed by Jane Slingo at Young Strangers.

Select's roster also includes Boy & Bear, Passenger, Ball Park music and San Cisco.
