ApesMelbourne via Ballarat's Apes take their next step this week with the clip for their single Seven.
The track – which is beginning to make a mark on entry radio around the country – is surprisingly well conditioned for such a young band, and the clip – which was shot, directed and edited by Steven Tandy – does it justice.

The clip follows a hitman as he hunts down the people on his hit-list.
All in their early 20s, the four-piece, fronted by Benjamin Dowd, previously performed under the moniker the Boo Hoo Hoo's but the Apes name has ushered in a new indie-garage vitality.
