Polaris, Soulfly & In Hearts Wake Lead 2026 Froth & Fury Line Up

2026 is already shaping up to be a massive year for lovers of rock, metal, and punk, with the Froth & Fury festival unveiling its stellar line up for next year.

Originally an Adelaide-exclusive undertaking, the 2026 edition of the festival sees Froth & Fury crossing the Nullarbor for the first time and heading to Perth. Adelaide, meanwhile, is levelling up and moving to the Adelaide Showgrounds – with the event being held on the hallowed ground formerly home to the much-beloved Big Day Out.

With the WA edition kicking off at Perth HPC on January 24th, and SA getting its own event the following week on January 31st, the only question that remains is just who is on the line up next year.

Leading the charge is none other than Sydney metalcore icons Polaris, who are joined by Brazilian metal veterans Soulfly. Max Cavalera will be performing double-duty on the day, with both a Soulfly set and the Australian debut of the elusive Nailbomb, who announced an end to their 29-year silence in 2024.

Elsewhere, In Hearts Wake, Lagwagon, and Ocean Sleeper join the bill, as does Archspire, Aborted, Zuko, and Melbourne legends Private Function. Meanwhile, Norway’s Abbath will be performing a Doom Occulta Immortal set, while Canadian hardcore punkers Comeback Kid will be performing Wake The Dead in full (though their set, and Gridiron’s appearance, remain Adelaide exclusives).

If that isn’t enough, organisers have also promised that a full day of alternative entertainment will be on offer, alongside their markets, while a levelled-up version of their tattoo zone will be complemented by “a few surprise curve balls to come.”

Tickets to the 2026 edition of Froth & Fury go on sale from 9:30am ACST on Wednesday, July 23rd, though pre-sales are already on offer now.
