Placebo To Play Two Sidewaves In February

Placebo are the next band to announce they will be playing some sideshows while here for Soundwave 2014, with the bleak-hearted trio confirming a couple of theatre dates while they are out here.

The band are one of those groups who have such a fervent fan base, with thousands of people relating ever so closely with the emotional lyricism of Brian Molko and the band's deep, dark brand of alternative rock.

The British band released their seventh record Loud Like Love just a few months ago, so there are plenty of new songs for us to witness in the live arena for the first time, but you can also bet that there'll be plenty of old classics wheeled out while they're around.

They play the following dates while in the country next month – they're all open to people of all ages. Grab ticketes from Thursday 23 January onwards.
