Pizza Hut and Home Depot have both denied claims that the companies used the Black Keys music in their respective commercial campaigns.

The rebuttal from the two companies comes after the Black Keys filed an official lawsuit back in June. The band claimed at the time, the organisations used the group’s music to sell their products.

“The companies separately denied the band's allegations in court documents filed Thursday and Friday in Los Angeles.


“Each company is asking a judge to have the band pay their attorneys' fees if they win the case,” Billboard writes.
