French pop darlings Phoenix are apparently touring Aus in March 2010. No official details have been release as yet but Melbourne paper the Herald Sun has reported that the band will be performing at Festival Hall on March 5th.
The guys were out here in August of this year and hinted in an interview on Triple J that they would return to our shores for a solid tour over summer. The March 5th date falls conveniently close to the timing of a rumored new festival being run by Michael Coppel and Modular Music in replace of the V-festival and NeverEverLand. If the rumors are true and said festival goes ahead then you can also look forward to seeing british noise makers Massive Attack play shows in Australia early next year.
