Maryland metallers Periphery have recently taken to Facebook to vent their frustrations at a recent plagiarism attempt.
The up and coming progressive metal sextet claim that the instrumental version of their song ‘Light’ was stolen. Periphery wrote the following on their Facebook page:
“GOD DAMMIT! More Plagarism (sic): This band STOLE the instrumental version of "Light" by Periphery and not only put it up but is SELLING IT as well!!

Let's fucking take these assholes down!!”
A member of the band later posted a follow-up comment, writing:
“I reported that band to bandcamp, so now we play the waiting game."
