More Pennywise More Pennywise

US 90's punk-rockers Pennywise are heading back to Australia this September in celebration of the 20th anniversary of arguably their most acclaimed album, About Time.

Though it initially didn't perform well commercially upon its release in 1995 it went on to become a fan favourite, not only because it was produced by world renowned music figure Jerry Finn, but also because it was the final record to feature bass player Jason Thirsk who sadly passed away the following year.

The Aussie headline shows will feature songs from the memorable record, as well as their latest offering, Yesterdays released in July last year.

If that wasn't enough, Pennywise will be joined on the national tour by fellow punk outfit Anti-Flag who make the trip down in support of their May released record, American Spring.

The two bands will kick the tour off in Brisbane on Wednesday, 23 September before moving on to perform in the Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Fremantle.
