Parkway Drive, Northlane To Play UK's Download Festival

Two of Australia's premier heavy acts, Parkway Drive and Northlane have been confirmed to play the UK's Download Festival.

The bands have been revealed to play the three-day June event alongside big names such as Slipknot, KISS, Muse, Faith No More, Judas Priest, A Day To Remember, Slash, Marilyn Manson and loads more. Download announced its second round of artists earlier today, with Lamb Of God, Billy Idol, Rise Against, Clutch and Body Count among the new names.

Parkway have been a little quiet of late, though the guys are working on the follow-up to 2012's acclaimed Atlas. It's been a busy time for Northlane, with the reveal of their new frontman and singer capping off a big few months for the Sydney outfit.
