Panic! At The Disco have announced that they will be releasing their new album 'Vices & Virtues,' one week earlier than originally planned. The record, which is the first since half of the band quit, will now be released on March 22.
Pre-orders for the album are now available on iTunes and there are several different bundle deals on offer.
