P!nk Holds Off All New Contenders To Remain At #1 On Aus Charts

Better luck next time, Niall.

More Pink Pink

US pop superstar P!nk remains at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with Beautiful Trauma after holding off the debut album from Niall Horan.

Horan’s Flicker was a strong contender for first place, but the buzz surrounding P!nks Australian tour sees her hold onto the position after claiming her fourth-straight #1 Aussie LP last week.

US metal heavyweights Trivium soar into the top five with their eighth studio album, The Sin & The Sentence (#4), while Midnight Oil’s Essential Oils: The Great Circle re-enters the top 10 to claim #8 as they tour the country.

Other Albums Chart debuts come from Hillsong Worship’s The Peace Project (#18), Darius Rucker’s When Was The Last Time (#29), Chris Young’s Losing Sleep (#33) and Future & Young Thug’s Super Slimey (#35).

Over on the Singles Charts, Taylor Swift’s Gorgeous debuts at #9 and Post Malone’s 21 Savage collaboration, Rockstar, holds onto #1.
