As if the OUTSIDEIN 2013 festival season wasn't already huge enough to blow Sydney off it's hinges, Astral People & Yes Please announced today the 2nd instalment of performers and DJs set to be playing at the event, and boy has it got us excited (by us I mean the whole internet).
I mean, what more could you possibly want after ZOMBY and FREDDIE GIBBS have been announced for headlining the festival, as well as being joined by a huge amount of both Aussie and international talent. What else is there? Who else could there be? What is life?
I'll tell you. US beatsmith (and bandcamp extraordinaire) KNXWLEDGE and UK-based production-duo SNAKEHIPS are the two new international names being added to the already bangin' lineup. As well as this, a slew of Aussie talent has joined up for the celebrations - Future Classic's new signee, the maximalist Wave Racer, Modular's newest trio Movement, twisted electronic duo Willow Beats, vocalist/producer Elizabeth Rose, and the sultry vibes of Melbourne's I'lls will all be appearing.
And if that wasn't enough for you, a handful of DJs have also been thrown into the mix - Slow Blow, Lewi McKirdy, Levins, Frames, UNTZZ Twelve Inch, Mike Who, Bad Ezzy, Jimmy Sing, Ben Fester, Max Gosford, James McInnes, Felix Lloyd, Mary’s Basement, Clunk & Sleepyhead and Percy Miracles are all coming together for this momentous occasion.
