Out On The Weekend Announce Robert Ellis, Lindi Ortega Headline Shows

As Americana festival Out On The Weekend nears this October, organisers have announced a slew of headline shows from the festival's biggest acts such as Texan troubadour Robert Ellis & The Perfect Strangers and Canadian singer/songwriter Lindi Ortega.

Ellis along with his band will play headline shows in Meeniyan, Hobart, Sydney and two shows in Melbourne with fellow festival acts Joshua Hedley and Joe Pug. Ellis will also perform a special duet show with Hedley in Hobart. 

Elsewhere, Ortega will band together with The Cactus Blossoms to bring her latest record Faded Gloryville to Sydney, Melbourne and Meeniyan in late October.

Out On The Weekend will hit Williamstown's Seaworks on 15 October, bringing the best alt-country, Americana and country vibes on offer to Melbourne.
