All we can say is, it's a good bunch of bands!
Melbourne indie rock quartet Oh Mercy have announced the myriad of local bands that will be joining them on their joyous run around the country, in celebration of their upcoming fourth full-length, When We Talk About Love, due for release on 19 June.
With the tour kicking off in their hometown on Saturday, 22 August, the outfit will have bands Totally Mild, Crepes, High Tails, Big White, Rolls Bayce, Machine Age, Methyl Ethel, Runner and Dream Rimmy share the stage with them on assorted dates on the tour.
Led by Alex Gow, this will be the first tour with the band's newest band members on instruments such as keys, viola, drums and bass.
Gow says of the forthcoming tour: “Once again I’m feeling fortunate to have so many wonderful bands supporting Oh Mercy over August and September. Thanks guys and gals. Can’t wait. See you at the shows.”
