"We've been dying to get out there after all the support we've had from you guys and Triple J..."
Having announced headline shows less than a month ago, English five-piece Nothing But Thieves have cancelled their upcoming headline dates, originally announced off the back of their now-cancelled Soundwave Festival appearance.
The Essex band were due to hit Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney club shows between Friday, 22 January and Thursday, 28 January but have said, "Really gutted to let you know that Soundwave has been cancelled and as a result, our AUS headlining shows as well."
They write, "We've been dying to get out there after all the support we've had from you guys and Triple J, and we were really looking forward to this tour.
"We apologize for any inconveniences...but we are working on coming out later in the year, and will keep you posted! In the meantime, refunds for our headlining shows can be arranged at point of purchase.
"Have a great holiday and Happy New Year."
