Through a series of tweets ,No Doubt have confirmed that they have entered the studio and have started recording songs for their first album in 10 years.
Guitarist Tom Dumont stated that the band already have a good amount of songs written that are all ready to be recorded. He posted the following on twitter:
''Holidays over. 2010 done. 10 new songs written. No Doubt's 2011 New Years resolution: to record our new album...beginning TODAY! -Tom''
After a series of twitter posts containing photos from the studio, the band has posted a statement containing more images of the band and a studio update.
