Today, Triple J revealed their most reacted to songs, whether loved or hated and the results are honestly not that surprising.

Requestival returned last week as epic as ever on Triple J. The process of the week is simple, the national broadcaster hands over the programming of the station over the listeners. To sum it all up, it was a week full of cooked requests, from Medieval covers of Shakira's 'Hips Don't Lie' to Julia Gillard's Misogyny speech backed up by Kirk Van Houten's 'Can I Borrow A Feeling' and peeking at the ABC News theme.

With more than 80,000 requests coming through via the triple j app, and plenty on the text line, we saw triple j listeners be weird, wonderful, nostalgic, unpredictable, and downright hilarious. triple j Content Director Laura McAuliffe says: “Round two of Requestival confirmed that triple j listeners will choose chaos every time and we’re absolutely here for it. We’ve loved seeing the audience up the ante this year, but what was most rewarding was hearing about the pure and personal attachments our listeners have to the songs they love. We’re already excited about the next round.”

Today, Triple J revealed their most reacted to songs, whether loved or hated and the results are honestly not that surprising. The data was collected via their mobile app, and saw over 600 000 reactions to certain controversial song. My personal favourite is "Chug Jug With You", I'm honestly so surprised by how disliked it is.

Here are the top five most reacted to songs:
