French DJ/producer Gesaffelstein has shared an incredible live recording of his 2019 headline show at Los Angeles' Shrine Expo Hall.
Dark techno king GESAFFELSTEIN has released a recording from his 2019 Requiem Tour. The set was recorded at his Los Angeles headline show at Shrine Expo Hall, and is over an hour of deep, intense and pulsing techno goodness.
It's bittersweet listening to a live recording of such high quality. With the roar of the crowd that kicks things off through the expertly crafted setlist that sees the French producer navigate many of his cult classics in amongst cuts from his latest album, Hyperion, this set is a wild ride. Although it is definitely not a substitute for actually witnessing it live, such is the palpable intensity of the set that it is still an all-encompassing, gripping listen from start to finish. The set comes after he teased the release of live music, and follows on from a remix earlier this year of ROSALIA's 'A Pale'. Check out the set below:
