New Order Drop March 2025 Australian Tour Dates

Just in case you weren’t already busy enough in 2025 with tours being announced left, right and centre, here’s another one for you: New Order are returning to Australia next March.

The British synthpop pioneers are returning to our shores almost exactly five years after their last visit, which saw a Melbourne concert cancelled due to COVID-19. In March 2025, fans will get to enjoy the hits from New Order’s four-decade, ten-album career in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

Starting the tour at Perth’s RAC Arena (Wednesday, 5 March), the band continue the run at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl (Saturday, 8 March), Brisbane’s Riverstage (Tuesday, 11 March), and end the tour with two shows at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt (Friday, 14 March, Saturday, 15 March).

For early access to tickets, fans who have signed up for New Order’s newsletter can purchase tickets from 11 am (local time) on Monday, 28 October, until 9 am on Thursday, 31 October. General sale tickets will be available from 10 am on Thursday, 31 October, via the TEG Live website.

Excited about their return to Australia, the band said of the impending dates: “It’s an honour to be coming back to perform in one of our favourite places. We sadly had to cancel a Melbourne show in March 2020, as a consequence of Covid and are so happy we can come back to play again.

“We’ve always loved playing in Australia and are excited to be returning for a run of very special shows in 2025. Good things come to those who wait!”
