Plus a wealth of other franchises and new developments are on the way to Sydney Showground
The annual EB Expo is fast approaching, and the local video-game merchants are doing all they can to pad their yearly celebration out with the finest of bleeding-edge gaming goodness before October, beefing out their line-up with the addition of several playable Aussie-firsts, including Dark Souls 3 and Need For Speed.
Alongside the two franchise favourites - and previously announced playable titles such as Star Wars Battlefront, Call Of Duty: Black Ops III and Rise Of The Tomb Raider - are multiple other titles that will be up for interaction at Sydney Showground in a couple of months, including Star Fox Zero, The Legend Of Zelda: Triforce Heroes, Yo-Kai Watch, Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, Narut Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Adventure Time: Finn & Jake Investigations and Dragon Quest Heroes, with previews of Mirror's Edge Catalyst and Quantum Break also headed to the fair, as are post-release playable titles Super Mario Maker and FIFA 16 Ultimate Team.
"We're stoked to add more playable titles to the massive list already announced and we're confident every kind of gamer will be spoilt for options on the show floor," senior marketing manager Elisha McKenzie said in a statement.

"There's no better way to get hyped for this year's most anticipated games than to play them before release all in the one massive location."
In addition, the expo will also be handing out free Frightful Fiesta Halloween Skylander Figures to the first fans taking on Skylanders SuperChargers at its booth, and Microsoft has confirmed that the practically mythical 24-player 'Warzone' multiplayer mode for Halo 5: Guardians will also be playable as an Aussie first at the event.
The 2015 EB Expo hits Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, from 2-4 October this year. Tickets are on sale now (presale Ultimate Gamer and Saturday/Sunday Express tickets have sold out), and full schedule and line-up details are available via the event's website.
