Cat Power Offers Second Track From Sun

It is a mere three weeks until we get Sun the brand new record from Cat Power, her first new collection of original material in around six years and a record she recorded herself in a number of different locations, including a studio she built in Malibu all by herself. We've already told you all that.

The exciting news of today is that she has revealed a second cut from the record, Cherokee, as well as a remix of the track as conducted by young gun producer Nicolas Jaar. Both of these tracks are available now through Matador Records for absolutely no cost whatsoever; literally all you have to do is click on this link, download the zip file and they'll be there for you to listen to forever.

Sun comes out through Matador/Remote Control on Friday 31 August.
