Eora based record label and party throwers Planet Trip have recently announced two massive open air shows at Marrickville's Factory Theatre over the next fortnight. Despite the bleak forecast for the cities future and current climate, the party throwers are still eager to deliver two international dance heavyweights over some gorgeous late summer sun.
This Friday (the 11th of February) they'll will be hosting Chile's Paula Tape for her very first Australian shows. The tour follows hot releases on Rhythm Section, Permanent Vacation and Sobo. Tape also hosts monthly transmission 'Astral Jam' on Worldwide FM, as well as having toured and set dancefloors alike globally. Paul Jextra aka Caravan and Lord Safari will also be joining her on stage, alongside Clutch4Love keeping the party going before and after.

On the 19th of February they'll be collaborating with Mixagi to host London-based, South African Esa Willliams. Esa has carved out his space in the global underground dance community as a producer, educator and selector, blending Kwaito house, afro disco and gritty techno, bound together by deep grooves. He'll be joined by Planet Trip head honcho and Eora based icon Mike Who going back to back with the great Lauren Hansom, and quickly rising up and comer, Purple Sneakers ex-pat and Nomad Radio resident, Evie.
