No, I'm not talking about your father's wife, I mean the club held every Friday night at World Bar. To acknowledge Halloween, they've going all out with [fake] blood and gore to celebrate the day of tricks and treats, alongside an array of sweet live acts playing on each level of the Sydney club.
Headlining the Disco Den will be Adelaide's FINGERTIPS. Also known to some as Claire Knight, the one wo-man band has been all over the world for a variety of tours, and has shared the stage with the likes of Vampire Weekend, Mystery Jets and even our very own Purple Sneakers DJs! Having just released a remix package of her single 'Strung Out', she's sure to put on a great show this Friday night!
To fill in on support duties, Sydney's ASTRIX will also be taking to the Disco Den stage. From bass to tech-house, the young DJ creates everything from originals to covers to remixes. Most likely will have you in the palm of her hand, it's been said that she has quite a talent when it comes to wooing her audience. Joining Fingertips and Astrix will be Rave Doss of Stoney Roads and Mum resident Fearghal Delicious to spin a bunch of scrumptious tunes to fill your appetite.

Taking over the Tea Room will see Perth three piece FOAM join the party. When you think "Tea Room" you would usually expect a room adorned with Victorian furniture, scones and vintage tea cups.Well, not here. Taking influence from Nirvana, Johnny Cash, Nick Cave and The Drones, the long-haired boys are sure to tear down the walls with their grungey material.
Also joining them will be Sydney four piece CULL. Describing themselves as "Friendrock/Dreamgaze" the boiz are coming down as part of their Inside Your Head Tour, Cull are also due to release their debut EP Ba Noi. Joing Foam and Cull will see the [also] touring Lepers And Crooks and DJ Pasito of DZ Deathrays!
To fill the final room, Felix Lloyd, Label State DJs (the dudes behind the distribution of band tees), Tacos and MUM DJs will all be serving fresh jams in none other than Yo Mummas House.
To top everything off, the mums of MUM will have loads of makeup and face paint for those of you too proud to travel into the Cross decked out in scary shit.
