A couple of weeks ago we were told that Nirvana's final album In Utero was to receive the reissue treatment to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Today we can confirm a few more details about what is going to be on the new package – or should we say packages – when they're released.
The Super Deluxe package will feature three CDs and one DVD, including a remastered version of the original record as well as never-before-heard demos, B-sides, compilation tracks, and live material – which showcases the band with Pat Smear in its line up.
The live material includes the complete Live And Loud show, recorded at Seattle's Pier 48 on December 13, 1993 – three months after the album's release – which fans have been waiting anticipating for ages now. There'll also be a DVD of that show released, which will also feature a stack of never-before-released performances.
