Brooklyn-based indie rock band Momma are heading to Australia in January 2026, securing their live debut Down Under.
“We are so excited to be hitting Australia next year!” the band exclaimed. “We’ve been looking forward to playing this country for so long, can’t wait to see all of you <333”.
Travelling along the East Coast, the tour begins at Brisbane’s Crowbar on Wednesday, 21 January, followed by Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Friday, 23 January, and Melbourne’s Max Watts on Saturday, 24 January.
Frontier Members can access pre-sale tickets on Thursday, 4 September, at 12 pm AEST – register here to access those tickets. The general sale begins on Friday, 5 September, at 1 pm AEST via the Frontier Touring website.
Momma are touring in support of their critically acclaimed new album, Welcome To My Blue Sky, which dropped in April. A coming-of-age album, co-founders Etta Friedman and Allegra Weingarten say the record came together during a period of “parallel chaos.”

Welcome To My Blue Sky is the band’s fourth album, following their 2022 breakout LP, Household Name, which scored them touring slots alongside Alex G, beabadoobee, and Wet Leg, as well as appearances at Coachella and Primavera Sound.
For their first-ever Australian tour, Momma will be joined by special guests Armlock, a duo building buzz out of Melbourne.
Comprising vocalist and guitarist Lam and guitarist and keyboardist Mitchell, the pair met while studying jazz at Monash University and joined forces upon discovering a shared love of electronic music.
Armlock released the album Seashell Angel Lucky Charm last year, delivering unforgettable tunes such as Fear, Guardian, and El Oh Vee Ee.
