Modern Life Is War drummer Tyler Oleson was taken into custody over the weekend after the musician tried to run a police officer off the road.
It is reported the incident started after Oleson flipped a cop off.
"The incident began Saturday night when Oleson, who was driving alongside a marked patrol car on Center Street, “basically flipped off the officer,” Marshalltown police Sgt. Melinda Ruopp told the Des Moines Register.
“Oleson was initially charged with alluding criminal mischief in the second degree for intentionally slamming is his brakes; aggravated assault for trying to run an officer off the road; and OWI first offense. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be filed,” the paper further reports.
Police had to user a taser to arrest Oleson.
