Missy Higgins has been confirmed as one of the acts for the new indigenous event Mbantua Festival.
The singer-songwriter was announced on the lineup at the festival's launch yesterday. The Tjintu Desert Band were also named on the bill for the October event.
Early bird tickets for the five-day festival are on sale now, which you can grab here. A range of live performances, theatre productions, film screenings and workshops will take place - all aimed at showcasing some of the country's best in local, indigenous culture and talent.
Mbantua Festival will take place from Wednesday 9 to Sunday 13 October in Alice Springs.
