Misha Mansoor, producer and guitarist for US progressive metal act, Periphery, has recently taken out the 'Dimenag Darrel Shredder Award' at the annual Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards event in the UK recently.
The band also announced Mansoor's award via social media with this:
"Peripherals! Misha just won the Dimebag Darrell Shredder Award from the Metal Hammer Golden God Awards!"
Periphery are expected to drop their as of yet untitled fourth album after this year.
