Misfit's lawsuit dismissed

Glenn Danzig's lawsuit against current Misfits leader Jerry Only has been dismissed by a judge. Danzig was suing over Only's use of the Misfits logo and trademark.

Glenn Danzig's lawsuit against current Misfits leader Jerry Only has been dismissed by a judge. Danzig was suing over Only's use of the Misfits logo and trademark.

The lawsuit was dismissed because Danzig "failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted" and "failed to allege which terms of the 1994 agreement Only actually breached."

Danzig claimed that Only violated a 1994 contract between the two causing more than $75,000 in damages.
