Ministry Of Sound CLASSICAL Returns To Australia In 2025

Ministry of Sound CLASSICAL returns in 2025, but with a change: it has been reimagined as an open-air dance music festival, making for an event that’s bigger and bolder than ever.

Hitting the Australian entertainment calendar this November and December, the event begins at Brisbane’s Victoria Park on Saturday, 1 November, followed by Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday, 29 November, Sydney’s Entertainment Quarter on Saturday, 6 December, and Perth’s Kings Park & Botanic Garden on Friday, 12 December.

The massive festival events will fuse orchestras with iconic dance tracks. This year’s dates will feature the globally renowned Ministry of Sound Orchestra, performing alongside the likes of Groove Terminator, Cassius, Sneaky Sound System, Tall Paul, Judge Jules, Reigan, Dirty South, John Course, and others, plus local acts to be added in each city.

Ministry of Sound celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2022. Reviewing its CLASSICAL event in Melbourne that year, The Music’s Michael Prebeg wrote, “The band strikes up and they take us on a journey of 30 years of dance music to experience club anthems like never before. The spectacular brand-new show with a massive light and laser display takes dance music to a whole new level and into another dimension.”
