Midweek Chart Report: Christmas Favourites Emerging?

The battle rages on at the top of the ARIA Album Chart this week with Taylor Swift's Red and Pink's rebounding The Truth About Love (down in four this week) set to decide who takes out top spot. This week's challengers Parkway Drive and Delta Goodrem will slip as new releases from internationals Robbie Williams, Calvin Harris and Rod Stewart look towards the Christmas market.

The big local mover is Midnight Oil, who return to the pointy end of the chart with new best of Essential Oils.

The might finally be a change for the Singles Chart this week, with Swedish House Mafia's Don't You Worry Child snapping at the heels of Psy's Gangnam Style. Girl group Little Mix spent time in Australia this week and as a result their track Wings is a bullet performer.
