Mick Thomas Announces National Tour Dates This November

Australian songwriter Mick Thomas has announced a string of headline shows around the country this November in celebration of his new bootleg album, Welcome To Zimbabwe.

The record is a collation of live recordings from Thomas' shows during a stint of concerts throughout Johannesburg in March of this year and now the Weddings Parties Anything frontman will relive his overseas experience by performing the catalogue of tracks in his home country. 

Speaking on his recent adventure Thomas said, "By the time we’d finished the tour our heads were spinning."

"There'd been so much playing, so much sight seeing and so much trying to get our heads around a completely new and foreign place."

The upcoming Aussie tour will commence in Tasmania on Wednesday 4 November where Thomas will be accompanied by accordion player Squeezebox Wal, before the musicians move on to perform shows throughout New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
