Michael Gira Of Swans Unveils Additional Aussie Shows

On top of last week's announcement of a one-off Melbourne show, coveted singer-songwriter Michael Gira will take the stage for two more Australian dates in Brisbane and Sydney.

The brand new shows will take place in Brisbane at the Gallery of Modern Art (Cinema A) on 5 March and Carriageworks in Sydney on 9 March, with the originally scheduled show falling on 8 March in Melbourne at the Melbourne Recital Hall (Elisabeth Murdoch Hall).

Gira is set to embark on his final tour with influential band Swans before launching into his Australian solo tour which will feature fresh renditions of works from all of his projects - past and present.
