Michael Franti's Melbourne Soulshine Gig Has Changed Venues

All other performances remain unaffected

More Michael Franti & Spearhead Michael Franti & Spearhead

Michael Franti's Bluesfest-related Soulshine concert and yoga jam at Melbourne's Festival Hall has been relocated to the Prince Bandroom, with organisers citing "logistical challenges" as the cause behind the move.

The gig and love-in will still happen on the originally scheduled date of Thursday, 2 April, with Trevor Hall performing with Franti & Spearhead on the night in place of previously announced supports SOJA. Fear not, though — SOJA will now be performing an extra show at Bluesfest itself that evening ahead of Jimmy Cliff at the Jambalaya Stage.

The Soulshine events at Sydney's Enmore Theatre on Sunday, 5 April, and Bluesfest on Monday, 6 April, will go ahead unaffected.

Tickets for the Festival Hall event remain valid for the new venue; if you have any questions or issues, contact your point of purchase.

Fresh tickets for the Prince Bandroom concert are on sale now via Moshtix.
