The Victorian State Government has announced further easing of restrictions for Melbourne and greater regional Victoria, as the guidelines imposed following the fourth lockdown continue to change.
A new series of eased rules will come into action from 11.59pm, Thursday 17 June.
The largest change comes with the removal of all travel radiuses for metropolitan and regional Victorians. The current 25km radius will be lifted and travel between the two zones of the state will resume. Masks will also no longer be required outdoors but will remain a necessity for all indoor activities.
Entertainment venues will also see changes to capacity restrictions.

Karaoke and nightclub venues will also be open for seated service in Melbourne with a maximum of 50 people per venue, permitting one person per four square metres. Dancefloors are to remain inactive until further notice.
Melburnians are now also permitted to have two visitors in their homes per day (plus dependants), and regional Victorians allowed five people (plus dependants).
