Megadeth's David Ellefson Announces Aus Spoken Word Tour

Megadeth co-founder and bass guitarist David Ellefson has announced a spoken word tour of Australia.

Ellefson will perform personal stories from his life and career to audiences in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth this March. The shows will also include an audience Q&A and bass demonstration. Tickets are available as of 9am on Tuesday 9 December and you can find the details in theGuide and The Music App.

Ellefson and frontman Dave Mustaine are currently the only members of the heavy metal stalwarts after to of the band's other members Chris Broderick and Shaun Drover quitting late last month.

Megadeth were due to perform in Aus earlier this year for Soundwave but cancelled their tour under controversial circumstances.
