Pork belly popcorn with cherry popper mayo, anyone?
Who doesn't love sinking a well-crafted frothy and stuffing their gob with some top-notch grub? Big Shed Brewing Co and The Gov's chef, Adam Budd, have put together a night celebrating both of these aforementioned pleasures.
Wednesday, July 20, welcomes Meet The Brewer, an event set to create a whole new dining experience.
Tickets include a four-course meal that takes inspiration from the beer on show, with dishes like pork belly popcorn with cherry popper mayo, to beef cheek and brown ale pie, to golden stout "beeramisu" with caramel and honeycomb.
Five selections from Big Shed Brewing Co's finest brews will be available to taste on the night, including Cherry Popper, Californicator, F-Yeah, FrankenBROWN and KoldChisel.
