Meanies, Even Outline Leaps And Bounds Plans

As Melbourne's Leaps & Bounds festival draws ever nearer, The Meanies and Even have outlined their intentions for their involvement.

Almost 24 years to the day after their first gig at The Tote, The Meaning will return to the venue with friends Batpiss, The Kremlings and The Dipsticks. The headliners are teasing that they'll be playing some brand new songs, as well. Show details here.

Meanwhile Even will be playing two consecutive nights at Abbotsford's Yarra Hotel. Playing stripped-back acoustic sessions, the band will be without Matthew Cotter for the shows, a void filled by some additional instrumentation in the form of keys, strings and vocals. Youth Group's Toby Martin will support for the Wednesday 17 July show and Kristina Polvere for the Thursday 17 July date.
