In the country to promote his new side project Love Fame Tragedy, Matthew 'Murph' Murphy joined this week's episode of The Green Room with Neil Griffiths podcast!

As well as discussing the new venture, as well as what's next for The Wombats, the UK songwriter discussed opening for The Rolling Stones at MetLife Stadium in New York in front of over 100,000 fans this past August.

"Keith Richards, like, blessed my daughter," Murphy told host Neil Griffiths.

"I mean, he just, like, walked up to her and stroked her on the side of the face and I was like, 'You've just been blessed my Keith Richards, love.'"

Murphy will continue the Love Fame Tragedy tour in Melbourne tonight. For more details, check out theGuide.
