Marksman Lloyd Produces Another Winner With ‘Seven Laps’

WA rising star Marksman Lloyd has unveiled his first new single since taking out WAM's Hip Hop Song of the Year award in April.

Seven Laps continues his on point delivery, delving into his personal life in a meaningful yet tongue-in-cheek manner, as he highlights mental illness in a productive way.

Melbourne artist Jia Lih provides heavy bass throughout, while long-time collaborator Rob Shaker throws in his scratching expertise, and the result is a tune that brings some summer vibes to the cooler months.

Lloyd is currently working on new EP Portals, but in the meantime you can catch him in WA during two launch shows next month.
