Man Overboard have posted a free download of their live set in Leeds from their December 2010 UK tour with Transit and All Or Nothing.

The band's upcoming compilation LP "The Human Highlight Reel", will be released on May 10 through Run For Cover Records, which is available to pre-order here, and the band will be entering the studio in June to record their new album, which will hopefully be released in September through Rise Records/Run For Cover Records.
