Make It Count 2012 announcement

Commemorating their 10 Year milestone as a band, Perth’s Miles Away will return to Melbourne later this year to headline Make It Count 2012. Having endured a decade on the road pioneering their own style, this show will provide both fans and friends an opportunity to share in what has been an incredible journey for one of the most respected bands in Australian hardcore.

Having previously toured this country twice, Portland Maine’s Cruel Hand are truly an unstoppable force and will be bringing their polished brand of international hardcore to Make It Count 2012. Reminiscent of an early NYHC sound while gathering inspiration from bands across the entire alternative spectrum, Australia is no stranger to the antics of Cruel Hand and what better way to announce their return than to help celebrate in style with great friends in Miles Away.

Currently applying the finishing touches to their much anticipated sophomore release, keep your eyes on Hopeless at Make It Count 2012. The band have returned with a rejuvenated line up, be sure to follow along as they continue to prove their worth as one of Melbourne’s most exciting alternative acts.

Iron Mind is a name quickly becoming synonymous with solid releases and hard out DIY ethic. The band recently toured with LA’s Terror, and enjoyed a spot on the impressive Hardcore 2012 line-up all while building off a solid hometown fan base.

Rounding out the line-up are two very credible locals in Ill Vision and Outright, who are both sure to impress.
