They hinted, now they've delivered
California metal mainstays Machine Head have confirmed what was hinted at last week — an Australian tour.
The Oakland-formed outfit will perform five headline shows around the country this June, with dates locked in for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. This is the band's first headline tour of the country since 2010 so we're fairly certain you'll wanna get in quick when tickets go on sale next Monday, 23 Feb at 9am.
The tour will give Aussie fans the chance to witness the stalwarts perform tracks from their most recent album, Bloodstone And Diamonds, which peaked at ten on the ARIA Albums Chart after its release late last year.
The Music's Brendan Crabb gave the record four-and-a-half stars, calling the LP "invigorating and increasingly potent heavy metal."
