Tuck into 'Cappuccino'
Stalwart Sydney-bred lo-fi rockers Lunatics On Pogosticks are bouncing back to action with the release of their new single Cappuccino, taken from their forthcoming fourth EP.
The new work follows up their acclaimed third extended player Slug Cat And Snail Dog, which dropped in July this year and featured previous single Blood Clot. That song was recorded and released as part of their winnings for taking out the 2013 triple j Unearthed High competition, but Cappuccino already tangibly demonstrates the myriad ways in which the lads behind the Lunatics have blossomed as musicians during their relatively short career.
Enshroud yourself in the aural warmth and tastiness of the new cut below.
Lunatics On Pogosticks are supporting the release of Cappuccino by embarking on a run of shows down the east coast early next year. They kick off proceedings in Brisbane, at the Black Bear Lodge, on Thursday, January 15, and follow it up with further performances at home in Sydney, at Spectrum, on January 16, and wrap things up at Melbourne's Shebeen Ballroom on the 17th.
