After a successful debut in 2024, the influential LOUD WOMEN Fest has announced the details of its Australian return this year.

Taking place at The Crowbar in Sydney on December 7th and The Bergy in Melbourne a week later on December 14th, the 2025 edition of LOUD WOMEN Fest marks the event’s second time in Australia since its launch a decade ago.

Based in London, LOUD WOMEN is an intersectional feminist music collective which aims to amplify female, trans, and non-binary-powered punk, indie, and alternative music acts, while providing a platform for the underrepresented voices within the music industry.

Having held events across London and New York City since 2015, some of the acts showcased have gone on to reach stellar heights since their appearance on the line ups.

These include the likes of the Nova Twins duo, who have since gone on to support the likes of the Foo Fighters and play the Glastonbury festival; and Lambrini Girls, who have since gained international fame and shared bills with names such as IDLES.

For its Australian debut last year, the LOUD WOMEN Fest welcomed a diverse array of acts from around the country to showcase their myriad talents, including the likes of Sydney’s Lady Lazarus, Melbourne’s Daddy Issues, and Adelaide acts Witch Spit and Stabbitha & The Knifey Wifeys.
